SHIPPING POLICY
At Bunc, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and other important shipping-related information.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipment notification once your order is shipped.

Orders received after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email, SMS, or phone call.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once an order is processed, it is shipped immediately. A shipment confirmation email and SMS with tracking details will be sent to you. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery within metro cities: 3 – 5 business days.

Delivery within other major cities: 5 – 7 business days.

Delivery in remote or rural areas: 7 – 12 business days.
These timelines are estimated and may vary based on external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Lockdowns, service limitations, or remote locations may cause delivery delays. In such cases, you may need to coordinate with the courier partner to collect your order directly from their office.

Bunc is not responsible for delays caused by:

Strikes, labor disputes, or acts of God

Acts of war, terrorism, or governmental restrictions

Natural disasters or unavoidable delays by courier partners

4. SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We do not guarantee expedited delivery beyond the estimated timelines provided by our courier partners.
5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, we recommend not accepting the delivery and contacting us immediately.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Bunc does not accept or process international orders.
